Was Mike Connell, the Computer IT Guru for Rove and Bush, plane crash an accident? Connell’s private plane crashed while attempting to land at the Akron-Canton, OH airport the evening of Friday, 12/19/2008. Connell received threats from Karl Rove according to friends close to Connell prior to the 2008 election when Connell was subpoenaed to testify about his role in the Ohio 2004 election. Plaintiffs Attorney, Cliff Arnebeck, sent letters to John Conyers, Dennis Kucinich, Attorney General Mukasy and the Ohio Sec. of State, Jennifer Bruner, July 2008, warning them that Connell needed their protection. Connell knew things that others might not want revealed.
Was Connell’s plane crash an accident due to bad weather? Are other colleagues of Connell potentially in danger for their knowledge about missing white house emails that might reveal inside information regarding the U.S. Attorney scandals, election manipulation, and more?
The facts: Mike Connell was compelled to testify in Ohio on Nov. 3, 2008 about his role in assisting the former Ohio Sec. of State Kenneth Blackwell in the 2004 Ohio presidential election. Evidence shows that the Ohio live election results in Nov. 2004 went to Connells Smartech servers in Chattanooga, TN before going to the Ohio Sec. of State website. This man-in-the-middle arrangement could have resulted in massive election fraud.
Mike Connell, according to some sources, was scared. Even though he had been a loyalist for the Bushes and Karl Rove for many years and for the 2000 & 2004 elections, Connell thought he might be thrown under the bus by Cheney and Bush.
Was Connells plane crash an accident? There must be a thorough investigation into the circumstances of Connells demise.

NBC’s Today Show open for Decision 2008 Election Day (Tuesday, November 4, 2008) with Matt Lauer and Meredith Vieira live from Election Plaza at Rockefeller Plaza. West Coast feed.
“Who will be the next president of the United States? It’s up to you to decide. Today, election day, Tuesday, November 4, 2008.”
It’s been a busy year, news wise, for Savannah, Georgia. From Presidential Elections to the Economy to Missing Persons and Death Penalty Cases. Here are some of the stories that impacted most the people of the Coastal Georgia Empire:
-The Economy…The economy has been on everyone’s minds recently. The recession is causing a lot of problems with rising unemployment. Great Dane Trailers in Savannah will be closing and JCB cut over 100 jobs. Also, Car dealerships aren’t faring too well either, prompting OC Welch to buy five radio spots, which proved to be quite controversial.
-The Election…The election this year was filled with excitement. With the the idea of change in mind, Senator Barack Obama and Joe Biden were elected as the next President and Vice President of the United States. The election also brought some prominent political characters to Georgia. The U.S. Senate seat in Georgia went into a run-off, and Chambliss came out on top, partly due to the star power of Sarah Palin.
-The Calverts…John and Elizabeth Calvert disappeared from Hilton Head Island on March 3, 2008, and no one has seen them sense. This case has been anything but ordinary, with the key suspect committing suicide and little details released since May 2008.
-The Troy Davis Case… Troy Anthony Davis has been sitting on Death Row for a number of years now. His case has gotten a lot of international exposure because seven of the nine witnesses in the initial trial have recanted (taken back) their statements. Many appeals and stays of execution later, Troy’s future is still uncertain. The US Supreme Court is still looking over the case.
-The Severe Weather… From the Tornado Outbreak on Mother’s Day (May 11) to the tornado that went right through midtown Savannah, Georgia, weather has been wild in 2008. Tropical Storm Fay also caused some trouble to our neighbors to the south, dumping record numbers of rain in South Georgia and Northern Florida.
-The Imperial Sugar Refinery Explosion… It is likely that the February 7th explosion at the refinery has touched everyone in our area in some way or another. The blast claimed the lives of 14 people and injured dozens more. Though the blast was something never hoped for, it did one good thing for us. It brought the communities in our area together. We helped one another. We gave to one another. We tried our very best to comfort one another in the time of need.

It was November 4, 2008, and we were on a two night layover in Dar es Salaam, the capital of Tanzania in East Africa. We had just concluded our 2nd safari in two years to East Africa, with five nights in the huge Selous Game Reserve, and two weeks with our good friend and superb guide, Baraza Salaho of Bushbuck Safaris of Arusha. It was 7:30 AM, hours before the first polls were scheduled to open in the Unied States. We had shot over 1000 photographs once again, and I had shot seven hours of Hi Def video from Selous clear up to the Masai River in the North. We sensed that Barck Obama would be our next President, and we wanted to guage the reaction of typical Africans on the street. So with trusty SONY on my shoulder, we took to the street corner in front of the New Africa Hotel to learn the reaction of Africans to the possible election of the first African American President of the United States.
